Google requires our customers to submit apps under their own Google Play Developer Account.
If you don’t already have a Google Play Developer Account, you will need to set one up for your business and add playstore@doubledutch.me with Release Manager user permissions.

DoubleDutch will create and submit new apps to Google Play via your developer account. Without this information, we will not be able to publish an Android app for you.
