The Exhibitors section in the app can be used to load in exhibitors and/or sponsors for your event. Items added in this section can include a name, image and description, as well as social media links. Items entered in this section can also be tied to an interactive map. If an email address is entered, attendees will also be able to tap a link to request information via email.
You can also assign exhibitors to different categories or filters if you want attendees to be able to easily sort through a long list.
Click on the Content tab in the CMS, and then click on the Exhibitors section of the app menu to start working with exhibitor items.
From the sponsors or exhibitors screen in the CMS, you can:
- Add a single item: click the ‘+ Exhibitor’ button at the top and fill out the fields. The name of the exhibitor is a required field.
- Import multiple items: click the ‘+ Exhibitor’ button at the top, download the CSV template, fill it out, and then upload that same template by clicking ‘Import’.
Editing an Exhibitor
