Using the Agenda Import Template
To download the import file to add agenda sessions to your app via .csv import, go to the Agenda section in the Content tab of the CMS and click on 'Add Sessions' and then 'Download Import Template'.

Here are the guidelines you will need to follow to fill out the template correctly. Required fields are listed in bold. For any columns that you are not filling in data, just leave them blank on the template. Please DO NOT delete or modify any column, including the headers, or the import will not work.

To update your Session Tracks and/or Filters
In your Agenda section:
- Click the 'Actions' drop-down located to the right.
- Select 'Export Data' from the dropdown to export a .csv file of your most up-to-date session information in the CMS.
- Make your updates to your session template and please note the following:
For updates to tracks and/or filters, you will need to list all desired tracks/filters on the agenda template as the importer supports "de-linking" for session tracks/filters (meaning it will remove all tracks/filters from the session in the CMS that are not listed in the import template). - Save your changes to the exported session template.
- Then select the 'Add Session' button located towards the top of the CMS and select 'Import Excel or CSV file' from the drop-down, to select your updated file.
- This will then take you to the import preview where you can view the summary and select 'save and continue' to process your import.
